We sell Triple A grade replica timepieces inspired by luxury designs. Our products are clearly marketed as high-quality grade replicas, not genuine luxury watches.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the P1 Watches website at p1watch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Product Description
P1 Watches sells Triple A grade replica timepieces. All products are:

3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence via our live chat support. We will assess each case individually at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in AUD. We accept card payments via our secure checkout. For payment queries, please contact us via our live chat support. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Discount codes are subject to our discretion and may be expired or revoked at any time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. P1 Watches is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch of the order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. VIP Membership
VIP membership grants a 15% discount on all purchases and priority customer support. VIP status can be purchased as a one-time membership or awarded by P1 Watches at its discretion. P1 Watches reserves the right to revoke VIP status at any time. VIP discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
The P1 Watches brand, logo, website design, and all original content are the property of P1 Watches. Product designs are inspired by luxury timepieces but are sold under our own brand. Unauthorized reproduction of our website content is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
P1 Watches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
