Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
Our Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By completing a purchase on the P1 Watches website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We strongly encourage all customers to:
- •Review all product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing
- •Check product specifications including size, colour, and features
- •Read all terms and policies before placing an order
- •Contact us with any questions BEFORE purchasing — not after
No Refunds — No Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for any of the following:
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event your item arrives visibly damaged or defective (manufacturing fault), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- •Clear photographs of the damage/defect
- •Your order number
- •A description of the issue
We will review each case individually. Any resolution offered is at our sole discretion and may include a partial store credit or replacement — not a cash refund. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback on a valid purchase is considered fraud. By purchasing from P1 Watches, you agree to resolve any disputes directly with us before contacting your payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being banned and further action being taken.
